Stewardship… …With the state of our economy, we are facing difficult and
challenging times. Our economic bubble of prosperity has burst. We are
surrounded by bad news with house values declining, major companies needing
government bailouts, and people losing their jobs. As God’s people, we need to
place our trust in Him and refuse to let the current economy rob us of our
peace and joy. In the same way that Merrill Lynch is bullish on
KDOM Broadcast today … Is sponsored by Vi Winkel for all of God’s Blessings and by Myra Polesky in
memory of her husband Ed.
Prayer before Service…Almighty Father, strong to save,
move us to acknowledge and worship You
in our gathering today and in our daily lives as the only God and Lord. Take
from us the sin that dulls our faith and our hope in You.
Create in us clean hearts, O God, and renew us by Your Holy Spirit that we may
worship You, Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in grace and truth and the honor of Your name. Amen.
