Stewardship… …With the state of our economy, we are facing difficult and challenging times. Our economic bubble of prosperity has burst. We are surrounded by bad news with house values declining, major companies needing government bailouts, and people losing their jobs. As God’s people, we need to place our trust in Him and refuse to let the current economy rob us of our peace and joy. In the same way that Merrill Lynch is bullish on America, let’s also be bullish on our futures knowing that God is in control.

Prayer Before Service . . . Gracious Father, hear our prayer as we come to You this day. Give us ears to hear Your Word, hearts that understand and live. Give us Christ, His salvation assured in us, that all our days would sing Your praise. Amen.
