Prayer before Service….Almighty Lord, You are the great Provider for us in body and soul. You call us to trust You in all circumstances of life. Come to us now. Feed us with a new life in Jesus Christ our Savior that our faith may be true and we may glorify You now unto the ages of ages. Amen.

Confirmation Class… Will meet on October 16th 3:45-4:45 Old Testament. 5:00 to 6:00 New Testament.

Choir Practice… Will practice on Wednesday, October 16th at 7:00 pm.

Anna Martha…Will meet on Thursday, October 17th at 1:30 pm.

Main Street Living… October 20 “Happiness Is Dirty Hands,” schoolteacher Kent (Daniel Travanti) and his wife (Ann Whitfield) live in the same troubled area where he teaches high school. The decision to live in poverty is causing distress in their marriage. Kent’s friend Art (Mike Farrell) offers to help. The worship service will begin at 9:30 a.m. with Pastor Keith Brustuen of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Montevideo, MN. His message, “Faith Never Gives Up,” will be based on Genesis 32:22-30.
