Sonshine Fundraiser…Sonshine is having a Pastry Puffins fundraiser for school tuition. Please see insert for more information. Deadline to order is May 17th. Delivery will be May 27. Baccalaureate Sunday…Will be next Sunday, May 23rd. We will recognize our graduations during worship service.
Tuesday Morning Bible Class…Will meet on Tuesday, May 18th at 9:00 am.
Confirmation Class… Will meet on Wednesday, May 19th at 3:30-5:00 pm.
Lutheran Witness Renewal…Now is the time to renew your subscription to the Lutheran Witness. The cost for the year is $19.68. If you wish to receive the Witness, please call the church office to have your name added to the list. Please renew by June 1st. There is a signup sheet in narthex.
Choir…Will practice on Wednesday, May 19th at 7:00 pm.
Quilting Ladies… We will take a break for the summer months. Thank you ladies, for all the beautiful quilts that were made this past year. See you in the fall.
Thursday Night Bible Class…Will meet on Thursday, May 20th at 6:00 pm.
Joanna Circle… We will be collecting baby items once again to make newborn layettes for the Cottonwood County public health nurses to deliver to mothers with newborns. We are in need of receiving blankets at this time. WOM’s & Quarterlies…Are now available. You can find them on the card case in the lower narthex. Next Meeting is May 20th at 7:00pm.
Saturday Men’s Bible Breakfast…Will meet on Saturday, May 22nd at 8:00 am.
Hyvee Label…We will be collecting the Hyvee receipts from now on instead of the labels. We would like to have the member highlight the Hyvee products on the receipt and tally up the number of items on the receipt and write that number on the bottom of the receipt. The label container that was located by the Sonshine room will be relocated to the lower narthex.
Faith in Action Sharing Center…The Sharing Center continues to need spring & summer clothing, personal care items, bedding, towels, paper products, non-perishable food, baby food & baby toiletries and monetary donations. Items you wish to donate may be delivered to the lower narthex cart or may now be picked up from your home by calling Larry Salzwedel (#831-0008) or Jim Vellema (#822-1226). Make checks payable to Faith in Action and given to Ruby Wilson, our Committee Treasurer. Also, if you need help around your home, call Larry or Jim. Thank you for your continued support of Faith In Action and the Sharing Center!

Missing a cake pan??? Please check your pantry and see if you are missing your favorite pan. There is a table filled with dishes in the fellowship hall that have been left behind from funerals or other church functions. Please pick them up by the end of May.
Wednesday Evening Worship… If you feel more comfortable with a smaller group of congregational members or are gone on the weekends, please join us for our Wed. evening worship service at 6:30 pm.
